If you have had a ‘Change of Heart’ we can sell your pre-loved and new clothes, shoes and accessories on your behalf.
We have allocated times in which you can bring clothes into us, and we only accept laundered or dry cleaned clothes that we are able to put straight out onto the shop floor, that are in great condition and no more than three years old. We will go through everything with you and confirm suitability as well as agree a price with you there and then.
We accept clothes seasonally, so for example, we cannot sell your fur coat in the middle of Summer. We ask you to bring them in the Autumn months to sell into winter.
Items are usually kept on the shop floor for 8 weeks. We generally have a fast turnover of stock and there are new things every day. We therefore reduce the price slightly after 4 weeks if your item has not sold. Once the 8 week period is over we ask you to give us a call to arrange a time to come in and see us and we will arrange payment or the return of any unsold goods. Please be sure to let us know before coming into the shop to collect your items. All accounts need to be settled within 6 months.
We accept items on the following days and times.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 12pm-4pm
SATURDAY – 11am-2pm
